For more than 38 years Council on Aging Silicon Valley has provided seniors throughout Santa Clara County with services and solutions designed to help them maintain their independence and receive the care they deserve.

Council on Aging Silicon Valley offers real solutions to seniors, their families, and their caregivers, regardless of their economic status. We pride ourselves on being a dynamic, full-service organization with caring and knowledgeable staff trained to help you craft the best care package for your situation.

We offer a broad range of services to the community including:

Information & Assistance
Answers to all of your aging-related questions and access to the help you need.

Care Management
Customized care solutions to help Medi-Cal eligible seniors age well at home.

Health Insurance Counseling & Advocacy Program (HICAP)
Make sense of Medicare. HICAP helps you understand your options and choose what’s best for you and your family.

Senior Employment Services
Employment opportunities for you and the training you need to be successful.

Meals on Wheels
Nutritious meals, designed with the senior diet in mind, brought right to your door.

COASV Public Authority Services
Provider enrollment, provider benefits, training, registry and advisory board.
