Council on Aging Silicon Valley’s Meals On Wheels (MOW) Service is available to homebound individuals who are 60 years of age or older. This program delivers nutritious meals to homebound individuals in Santa Clara County.

Weekly deliveries include seven frozen lunch/dinner meals plus seven breakfast meals supplemented with a week's worth of milk, fresh fruit, bread, and juice.

Participants receive meals at prearranged times each week. Microwave ovens are  made available to those seniors who don't already own one or cannot afford to purchase a unit.

Program participants are encouraged to contribute $1.80 per day in order to offset costs and to help provide this vital service to as many seniors as possible.

No person will be denied meals if unable to contribute all or any portion of the encouraged contribution.
