The Council on Aging Silicon Valley’s Information and Assistance program offers information on available services for seniors, caregivers, and persons with disabilities, in Santa Clara County. I&A Specialists provide information on programs, eligibility criteria, availability, and the procedures to obtain particular services. Appointments are made for services when necessary and consumers are monitored to insure that services are received. Outreach presentations on COASV services or other agency services are made to interested groups upon advance appointment.
