Standard System
The basic Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) is a two part system that provides emergency contact 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Each system has a base system and a trigger button (3 styles). The system provides high volume speakers with enhanced audio performance; connection confirmation message during a “Help Call”; remote call answering for hands-free use, multiple subscriber support; 30-hour power failure protection; status indicator; low battery warning; continuous telephone line and power testing; optional inactivity timer (added fee).

Standard System + Extension
This has all of the same features as the standard system and includes an extension piece that can be placed in a separate area of the home. This extends the range of voice communication for larger homes.

Telephone System with Reminders
The telephone system provides all of the same features as the standard system with the added benefit of being an additional phone. This phone has special features which include: large illuminated keypad; enunciated dialing; raised dot on “5” key; volume control on handset, speaker, and ringer; memory dial keys; hearing-aid compatible handset; and voice clock. Importantly, this system provides reminder functions; you are able to program up to 6 reminders (up to 20 seconds long) that are daily, weekly, or one-time-only. These reminders can be set remotely as well.

Personal Help Buttons (PHB)
There are 3 button options. There are two types of pendants with standard black cord and one type of wristband. The buttons are all water proof and should be worn all the time. They will trigger the system up to 300 feet from the main console (or the telephone system).

AutoAlert
Lifeline with AutoAlert provides access to help at the push of the button, but also offers an added layer of protection: It is the ONLY pendant-style Help Button that automatically places a call for help if a fall is detected and a senior is unable to push his or her button because of being disoriented, immobilized, or unconscious.

Lockbox
For your additional safety we carry a simple lockbox which you program with a numeric password. This lockbox holds a key to your residence and in an emergency situation we provide the fire, police, or other emergency personnel with the code to quickly access your residence without any forced entry.
