Care Call

The Council on Aging Silicon Valley Care Call Program offers seniors, or anyone living alone, an easy, reliable, and fast way to call for assistance.

A small console, which attaches to the telephone, links you to a 24-hour Support Center where attendants are ready to summon family, friends, and neighbors along with police, fire, and other emergency personnel. At the push of a button, worn on a pendant or wristband you are immediately connected to the Support Center.

Benefits of Care Call include:

  • Independence, Peace of Mind, and Safety for those who spend time alone

  • Low cost – about $1.13 per day

  • Waterproof, lightweight button

  • No long term commitments

  • No equipment to purchase

  • Live 24/7 emergency assistance

  • Local customer support from a COASV Care Call representative.
