Council on Aging Silicon Valley’s mission is to provide the aging community and their caregivers the tools and services they need to age well at home. Through a comprehensive network of resources, the Council on Aging Silicon Valley strives to educate, prepare, support and advocate for seniors, their families, and their caregivers throughout Santa Clara County.

At Council on Aging Silicon Valley, it is our intention to make our name synonymous with aging well at home. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive system of services and supports to the aging community and their caregivers, empowering them to maintain their independence and to better equip them to make more informed decisions.
